今日はサイリーン（Cyrine)先生からシンプルなフレーズを学びましょう＾＿＾
今を楽しむ＝ 「Seize the day」シーズ ダ(ザ) デイ
と言います。
Seizeは掴む、捕らえるのような意味があり、
その瞬間をしっかり大切にしょうという意味に繋がるみたいですね＾＿＾
例："The sun was shining in the blue, cloudless sky.
I said to my friend that we should get out and seize the day!"
太陽は曇一つない青空に輝いていた。
私は友達に言った。外に出て、今を楽しもうよ！
他は、「今を生きる」は英語にすると、live in the present になります.
Live in the presentは文字通り、「現在を生きる」と言う意味ですね＾＿＾
例：I think that I need to live in the present more.
私はもっと今を生きた方が良いと思う。
